Strip out operations

Strip out is a practice that takes place before demolition and makes it possible to separate all waste directly on site before proceeding with the demolition of building structures.

After disassembly, transport, recovery or disposal of the archives, furnishings, machinery and equipment present on the premises, INTERECO SERVIZI differentiates between a wide range of waste:

• from window frames and glass panels to false ceilings, up to raised floors and rubber or carpet coverings.
• During the strip-out process, particular attention is also paid to systems (electrical, hydraulic, thermal and air conditioning).
• After the necessary remediation actions, the plants are disassembled, the waste produced is duly managed and the recoverable fraction of it is utlised.
