Management of abandoned waste

A recurring phenomenon is that of waste abandoned in public areas.

The phenomenon sometimes takes on the aspect of a social and environmental emergency, and can also relate to construction materials containing asbestos and other hazardous waste, as well as non-hazardous waste, such as furniture, tyres and aggregates.
