Management of hazardous waste classified as toxic gases

Some hazardous wastes (e.g. cyanide solutions used in the surface treatment of metals) are classified as toxic gases, according to

of Royal Decree no. 147 of 9 January 1927 “Approval of the special regulations for the use of toxic gases” and subsequent amendments and additions, including of course the ADR regulations and Legislative Decree 152/206 and subsequent amendments with those connected to procedures for the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous goods.

INTERECO SERVIZI supports manufacturers in the management of this type of hazardous waste, verifying that it is packaged in suitable containers

approved by the UN, managing communications with police authorities, the

authorised transporter and the disposal plant, up to the issuing of the declaration of disposal.
