Fiscal destruction

INTERECO SERVIZI offers a complete range of services to companies that wish to proceed with the destruction of goods (assets or merchandise), safeguarding the deductibility of the related cost.

In fact, in order to avoid being subject to unfavourable tax treatment, the company must comply with the formalities provided for by the tax legislation (Presidential Decree no. 441 of 10 November 1997, Ministerial Circular no. 193 of 23 July 1998).

As such, in addition to carrying out the physical destruction activities at the group’s plants, INTERECO SERVICES, in the presence of the control bodies (Finance Police and Revenue Agency), provides assistance for properly managing the destruction procedure, including by drafting of the destruction report and the specific disposal documentation (FIR and Sistri).
